I did not make it through at all, but thanks for the shout out!
I bombed my freestyle pretty bad; I basically froze as soon as the music started. I ended up abandoning the freestyle I had planned and just did random stuff which I messed up on, so I was just happy to not take dead last 
It was a great learning experience though, I learned to not put tricks into a freestyle that werenāt muscle memory, because yoyoing for judges is wayyyy different than yoyoing on your back porch.
Iām gonna upload what I had planned vs what I ended up doing in a few days just for grins, along with a couple of tips that should
Be held with a grain of salt given my contest experience, but still tips none the less!

Thanks bro, I appreciate it. I felt nauseous going up there, extremely anxiety inducing experience.
I definitely learned tons about myself and how I need to approach the next time I compete, so it was a fantastic experience.
It was also awesome hanging out with @TheYoyoer27, he did great in his wildcard! It was nice to see a friendly face for sure.

Getting up on stage can be tough if youāre not used to it. Iāve been playing music for almost 15 years, but I play drums and Iām tucked nicely in the back lol. If I was the only one on stage with all eyes on me, Iād be nervous as all heck.
