Hey everyone…

Wanted to start an official thread for the 2021 Online World YoYo Contest, since we’re doing some things differently with this event and I want to make sure we have a good space for questions and discussion. Transparency and long, nuanced discussions are kinda hard on social media, so I thought this would be a better spot for it!

We just announced today that we’ve extended the timeline of the event (new schedule here: OWYYC.com/schedule) and I know people have a lot of thoughts/questions about our really strict music rules.

Hit me with everything you’ve got here, and I’ll answer everything as best I can. Thanks!

Final results are in… Congrats to @edhaponik @yyfben2.deactivated and @AKYOYOMIKE in the over 40! That was fun to watch.
