So most of us in the US have not competed in an in-person yoyo contest in over a year. If I remember correctly right before Covid there were some changes to the nyyl rules. Specifically that all regional contest finals will be 3 minutes now? As contests start back up, it might be good to have a refresher on the rules. Does anyone have a link to the up to date rules and regulations?

How long are the final rounds in regional contests? 2 or 3 min?

Also idk if there will be an official post abt it but on iyyf.org there is going to be an official online WYYC in July-September

The NYYL regionals/qualifiers will be using the same format as 2020 PNWR when the league re-launches. 3 minute finals, 1A and X divisions.
