Okay, there’s this trick called tether that was mentioned in an earlier post. I can land the mount but the yoyo won’t flop. Any tips?
I was working on that today. It’s similar to Gyro flop but you don’t have the string tension element.
So you have to rub the string on the side of the yoyo.
Also, remember that you want it to twist more during the flop.
If it untwists it will be hard to land.

I land the mount and the yoyo starts the flop but it is not flopping towards me but away from me…??

i DONT know the tether but if its anything like gyro flop, try to make the string touch the other response pad or side than the one its making contact with now. I know in the gyro flop if i change my hands posistions during the flop you can reveres its direction. Maybe it could work the same way somehow? Im not sure, like I said i dont know this one (yet)
