Suicides

I’m trying to learn this does anybody have any tips on learning it?

When you throw the loop around counter-clockwise to actually flick your finger downwards SLIGHTLY as the loop falls off your finger. I find that this helps to ensure that your loop will open bigger to make it easy to catch. Also as you probably know just make sure you always have good string tension. I would practice by doing a 1 and a half mount suicide because most people(Including myself) find the 1.5 mount suicide the easiest. For that one just throw the loop on your non-throwhand counter clockwise and when you re-catch the loop you will be in a trapeze.

Practice. Pull slightly with your throwhand. At first don’t worry what finger you catch the loop on.

See how that goes. Let us know.
