Get a VICE GRIPS.
Freeze for 5-10 minutes, then grab it with the multi-tool THEN grab the multi-tool with pliers, and wiggle that thing out… BAM, ultimate combo to remove a stuck bearing. If that doesn’t work, it’s time to say good bye to the bearing and destroy it
