stripped fhz help

well i have this beautiful fhz that played really nice. and now it’s stripped. the actual plastic is stripped so when I try to screw it together, basically nothing happens.
what ways are there to fix this?

i tried putting little layers of teflon tape around the nuts and then superglueing both nuts in but right when i screwed it together it busted under pressure.

should i try another type of tougher glue? what suggestions do you guys have?

Hub mod, or just buy a new one.

you could try 2 part epoxy. scuff up the nut and where you’ll be gluing it in, should result in a better hold.
If that doesn’t work, they’re pretty cheap.
or you could always send it to a modder (ie: landon) and they can fix it for cheap

alriight thanks. if not i’ll probably just give it someone who can fix it.

i’m pretty much broke so that isn’t an option, but if it’s too much to fix it i’ll just leave it.

Two part epoxy like dynikus says. Put it together, pour the epoxy in one side. Let it set, then do the other side. I find JB Weld sticks to some plastics better than plain epoxy. Takes a couple hours to set.

rad. would i be able to find that at like home depot?

Most any hardware store carries it. Home depot probably does too.
