1.) Why does Xela use pencil instead of using the drill gun to drill it up?, It is the right thing to make a string
2.) Why does he use two yo-yo’s to wind up the folded string?, to make the winding up more faster and easier?
I’m not totally sure about the second one, but he is starting off with a pencil to show that it’s possible.
If you only use one yoyo to wind it up the yoyo will just fall off the string.
The answer to the second question: if you use one, the string doesn’t have quite the same tension at the bottom around the yoyo. Also, when it is being untwisted, it will twist longer and be a tighter string.
Off topic: Have you make a video about breakaway?, It really wants me to quit yo-yoing sir. Grrrrrr.

Oh I’ve spun a few strings myself with nothing but a pen. And yes, you do need patience. A LOT of it too.
