So for a while, I have been pretty much rubbing the string on candles and then pinching and pulling down to work in the wax on highlights to keep the tension and make whips easier, but it lasts only a few hours. Are there other ways to either use candles or other house hold items to fix tension and make whips better.
I am saving up for a hat trick so no, I can’t just buy better string.
