Steaks. Steaks? STEAKS!

It seems this hobby does transcend almost all perceived barriers, and it is nice to share a commonality amongst a vast array of characters whom I’d otherwise have no interaction with. Funny how a toy that one plays with oneself can bring folks together.

I hate a fatty steak so lean for me. My favorites are sirloin, ny strip, and can’t beat a good ole filet mingon. And for how cooked medium so just a little blood any more and too dry and any less too bloody and cold and noooooo steak sauce a good steak doesn’t need it!

Behold my creation, a 30oz Striploin. Too bad it’s a bit too well done, at least the sea salt can catch up
