On the randomization note, rather than dice you may consider cards, with a “discard pile.” Then you don’t end up with repeats as soon. You could also stack the deck so you get you favorites more often. I use this in class to determine if we have a pop quiz, so none of us know on any given day, but it’s a more reliable long term distribution. (One class I teach is on tabletop games, so we go through all the probabilities.)
You can also contrast early CD player “random” settings with the modern “shuffle.”

I actually traded that one awhile back. I always felt a little bad because I won it at a contest I was running. I have 2 other Eric Wolff creations which I throw quite a bit. One of the best yo-yo craftsmen/modders ever (and a genuinely good human being).
