All 5 cooks don’t have to work on one dish. 2 might work together on an entree, 2 others may work together on another entree. Maybe 1 cook even has a cool idea for a nice appetizer they can make alone that fits the restaurants vibes.
In the end we’ll have a nice menu with input from everyone… but not too many people working on any singular project for it to be crowded in the kitchen.
I hope this makes sense. Hopefully you like American-Canadian-Japanese fusion cuisine.
