I mean I don’t want to point any fingers here…
But I bet I know who voted green!
I didn’t vote on the mono/bi as I honestly don’t have a preference on this.
I didn’t either, and for much the same reason. There are too many yoyos of both types that I love; I don’t have a strong enough preference to vote either way. Though if it weren’t for One Drop, I would probably have voted bi-metal.
fair enough
does “washed” mean splash?
Washes are a little different from splashes. I think that, in general, splash “lines” are fairly clearly defined, whereas with a wash, the colors are kinda just smeared around.
do you know a yoyo i can look at pictures of that represents this?
I voted bi-metal just because aside from OD, most of my favorites are bi… but I did get my first Ti and that’s pretty incredible. Technically that’s mono
I like the acid washes of the Duncan Counterpunch. Those are examples of good washes, IMO.
The Recess "Fire Island " Charm is also a good wash example.
oh man the fire island looks awesome.
Here’s a couple examples of acid washes
And a couple of splashes…
I think @zslane explained it pretty well
kind of yes
This is what my acid wash Decoy looks like
