I’ve been trying to practice this trick for a while and I haven’t figured out if you grind on your finger or finger nail. Its been bothering me for the past 3 days, just because I hate the feeling that I’m doing it wrong.
I do it on my finger nail, and I think most do as well.
Helps to grow them out a bit.
