So this might sound like a crazy/silly question/idea, but has anyone tried replacing the Duncan friction stickers for flowable silicone in a ProFire?
I’m really tired of the way the friction stickers kill the spin of the yoyo. The friction is so bad that the string (which, BTW, is thinner than the stock cotton string that comes with a ProYo) oscillates in a sinewave pattern along the entire length of the string, and sleep time is less than 10 seconds (to extinction) with a moderately hard throw.
