Can you take the spacers from a pgm and put them on a Pro Fly?
Are you trying to make it un-responsive?
If so, you could but a new Yo-Yo, than keep the one you have now. Those Duncans don’t really do much unless you mod it. 
I wouldn’t think so.
Profly uses a small bearing (not sure on the size) and the Plastic Grind Machine uses a size C, which is a lot bigger than Profly’s bearing. The spacers in the Plastic Grind Machine are made for size C bearings so they will NOT fit the ProFly without some modding.
