I just posted a new interview with Jake Bullock, a 2nd place World Yo-Yo Champion and recipient of the Trick Innovator of The Year. Jake and I talked about the history of “technical 5A” and it’s influence on modern yo-yoing. We also talked about his line of Dunk yo-yos and his advice for players on how to create new tricks. Love it. And agree with EH. I listened to this today on my way to work before this thread was posted and was surprised and happy to hear from Jake. I’ve been through all the interviews on the Yo-yo Podcast (that were done by someone I think named Drew) a couple of times and all the Recess ones so it’s great to hear new content.
