Unfortunate to learn there was a miscommunication with the venue and there is no event discount for a hotel. Where are people thinking of staying? There’s a ton of options in the area. There is a hotel right next to the venue (Crystal Hotel), it looks nice enough but the bathrooms are shared; not sure if that means they’re private-but-shared or if it’s dorm-style.
Exciting nonetheless and the Crystal Ballroom is supposed to be a great venue!
I have some families from my club who are wondering if this is going to cost anything to get in. I’ve never been, does it usually cost anything to get into the venues?
