Won a talent show, but my hands were sweaty, and the string would be frilly on my hands. Is tere a smooth string that will work even if my palms are having issues?

Nope not really. Almost all string is going to give problems when your hands are sweaty.
i’m not trying to advertise, but i have found that the strings i make react better to moisture than poly.
If this happens you could try wearing gloves.
