With yoyo being considered a sport, do competition administators drug test for performance enhancers? If not, why?

I can’t really see how any drug would give you and advantage at yoyo

I mean if we drug test competitors a few would get removed pretty fast.. personally other than for like conduct at an event I can’t think of a reason to test anyone in
Yoyo. There isn’t anything performance enhancing from a drug perspective. Maybe folks can cheat in other creative ways
