I recently bought a kendama from the Ohio State YoYo Contest and I’m thinking of sanding it and painting it
I need to find a good paint to use
Is regular spray paint ok?
ive had someone sharpie a kendama for me and it came out great
Well when I painted my kendama I used regular acrylic spray paint, and then a glossy acrylic clear coat. Basically I just followed this video.
Really is great tutorial, thanks Supernog73 for putting it up, and of course glitter and lettering is optional, but it really does look good on a tama. I made mine cherry red with gold glitter and it came out pretty well for it being my first one. Good luck on painting your tama.
