Mine is a splash ano. A buddy told me his clear had a similar finish as my splash. If it’s nicer, then I am going to have to hunt one down!! Dang it!

Haven’t played a splash myself, but I find no difficulty in doing grinds or fingerspins with my clear. In fact I’d say it’s in the top 10 of best blasts on my One Drop collection. Not as nice a blast as my SK or Kuntosh, but way better than the Sugar Glider or any of the Pyramatte finishes. Might be worth testing out a solid for yourself.
