Good luck everyone, we all did an amazing job on our videos. I know its going to be a tough race but I wish us all the best of luck. Thank you again to gambit and all the judges who put time aside to make this happen, and everyone who entered that made this contest an actual contest.

I can’t wait to watch all of them. I chose not to put mine up on this thread and I know a bunch of others did the same for a kind of grand reveal when the time for people’s choice comes around. I’m sure all the entries are great.

Huge thanks to everyone who entered, it’s been awesome to get such a great turnout and see so many willing to get involved.

I am incredibly sorry, I looked through my PM’s and I couldn’t see it, but I went back again and turns out it was there after all. Complete mental lapse on my part, no idea how I missed it the first time. Either way, I definitely would have found it when it came to compiling the videos for the judges, so you wouldn’t have missed out.

And my voiceover and video is bit off sync once again same reason.

Put in a lot of hardwork in it. I was a noob in editing had a hard time figuring out never edited a video before.

I agree. Gambit gave us about a month+ to work and submit our videos. I’m sure everyone here agrees that we shouldn’t try to take advantage of his generosity and flexibility. It’s awesome if him to even have the contest. And I’m excited to see everyone’s video.

Parvar contacted me before the deadline and explained that he had tried sending his video but was having problems with his internet (from what I know of Indian internet coverage… it ain’t world class). There was a bit of back and forth between us and I decided given the circumstances to agree to let him submit it a little later than the deadline.

Now I understand some people may take offence at this, for which I apologise. Honestly, I didn’t want to do it… in fact I originally told him it was too late, but then I felt really guilty afterwards and my “treat others as you would like to be treated” outlook eventually won me over. This contest is all about good vibes and community spirit, so I didn’t want to knock someone out of the running who had put in all the work to film a video only to come unstuck with unforeseen internet problems.

Still, shoutout to Seanthegiraffe for getting his video in so flipping quickly.
