Would you consider an off string a responsive or unresponsive yoyo
Probley unresponsive because you must bind it to get it back.
But some can be more responsive than others, like my Fiesta has an adjustable gap for more responsive or less responsive play.
well it is responsive. if you play offstring with an unresponsive yoyo, the binds slip. about 99% of them.
last night i got an equinox (sweet 16 :)) and i lost the responsive bearing (found it in my bed this morning) and i was playing it unresponsive and it was just slipping after every bind. i even double bound it. offstring only works on responsive yoyos.
i would say responsive, but due to small gap.
because all off string need is more friction on the string and body to work.
