The more I look at this thing, the more I get interested. Its so many different yoyos wrapped into one crazy package. definitely interested to see it when its all done.
Itās got the rims of a Skywalker, the inward curve of a Primo, the undercut of a Canvas, and the beefcaked bearings of a 4XL! Who would have thought that would work lol.
A little sad to hear that The Answer is going on the backburner for now, but the AA7 looks neat as well. I like that youāre trying some unique ideas. Small-bearing beefcake? No other company would even try it.
First off, yomorrow is a genius and hilarious lol. With that being said letās get to business. All three protos look pretty beast and are very original. His ideas for promotion are calculated and smart, not to mention the company name grabs your attention immediately. I would think from a business stand point, heās taken all the right steps to starting a successful company.
Secondly, doing this on your own is nearly impossible but most wouldnāt admit that. He reached out to people known in this community and made it happen. I am willing to bet that every person reading this thread has wanted to create their own throw but it didnāt go anywhere beyond a drawing. The ambition all of this required deserves an applause in itself. Judging by all the posts thus far, it is clear that he is in it for the love of throwing. Not for profit.
I guess Iām saying this because its good to see someone take a passion and turn into something more. With that being said, itās on us now. As fellow throwers we need to support what he is doing(not that any of you arenāt) and help build it up. Even though my opinion probably doesnāt matter as much as some of the other members , youāve got my co sign 110%. The originality and clear passion youāve put into all of this is clear and I commend you on that bro. Good luck
With what was said above, yomorrow is indeed doing something neat, and at the same time, unique yet functional. Iād say yomorrow has a lot of potential with slithering hippo. Heās already proving his ideas are worth while. It is hard to be unique in design with yoyos these days. I need to save up so I can buy one!
Spinning vid of Aa7 proto with ruby rims. On the production run coming soon, all the yoyos will be black with colored rings. Weāll be offering ruby, emerald, sapphire, diamond, gold, silver and pearl.
Hereās a picture for those too lazy to check out the vid on our Facebook pageā¦
For those who didnāt hear, Landon did the CAD work on this yoyo and advised/consulted on it every step of the way. This project wouldnāt be possible without 3YO3!
Also, special thanks to Casey Schock of Custom Auto and Accessories for pimping my yoyos.
Redirecting... - we got a vid up with the emerald rings on, in addition to the ruby now. Go check it out!
