Iyoyo steel or the eternal throw Elysian
Well, if you’re looking to learn fingerspins, definitely the Elysian. However, I don’t like the Elysian for anything other than fingerspins. This is just my opinion, though. Others may say different. I have never played an iyoyo Steel.
I have an eliysian. Smoothest throw I’ve owned. Also, it is literally the best grinding finish ever.
