The Reflex features an auto return system that returns the yo-yo to your hand without even tugging on the string. In the center of the yo-yo is a centrifugal clutch that grabs the string when the spin slows and returns it to the throwers hand. This auto return system combined with the lightweight, wide shape makes learning new tricks simpler than ever before!
The Limelight features a rim-weighted body made of durable polycarbonate plastic encasing special LED light technology that blinks and changes colors and patterns while it spins! It has a replaceable trans axle for looping tricks giving it the feeling of a classic yo-yo in a modern plastic design.
I actually enjoy the Limelight as a cheap “throw it in your pocket for an evening out and goof off with some nighttime looping” throw. It looks pretty outstanding, actually.
But is there really anything significantly different with this release? Or is it more of a restock?
