Alright I am learning rejection whip as of now and every time when I do the rejection part to whip it back into place the slacks always too short any ideas on how I can fix this?

I’m not sure what is causing your problem, but SloppyBinds did an excellent tutorial for this (or a very similar) trick. The text descriptions really helped me.
Sounds like you might need to pop the yoyo higher to account for the small loop of slack
If it’s higher, I think it might be easier to whip into the gap

Until you get the motion down do this
let the string reject and with your throwhand index, pinch the slack and allow it to fall on the yoyo.
It will give you more time and once you can hit it consistently you don’t need to pinch anymore
