I am looking for someone in Japan who would be willing to purchase a throw from a Japan retailer and ship it to me in the states.
The store I would like to purchase from does not do international shipping.

neokyo or zenmarket which offer proxy shopping.

I’d just recommend just using a normal proxy like the aforementioned neokyo/zenmarket, it would be easier for both you and the purchasing party.
