I have found a site I would like to purchase something from but it’s all in Japanese. Not sure if they ship to the USA or what. Any help would be appreciated.

It might not be the best option, but if you can’t find a better solution, there are companies in Japan that exist for this purpose. They order the item in Japan, and then ship it out internationally to you once they get it. It’s not the cheapest since you have to pay an extra surcharge plus extra shipping fees for going through a middleman, but sometimes it is the best you can do without connections.
