I am attempting to diversify my collection and am looking for a yoyo that won’t slow down to fill that niche. As the title states, what yoyo plays exceptionally fast and is under $100?
A couple yoyos that I have now that feel somewhat fast include the too hot, 2016 superstar, and metal replay. If possible, could you compare them to one of these for me to get a better idea. Thanks in advanced 
One that’s less than half the price you’re mentioning: the Yoyofficer Quash. It’s nimble and quick. It weighs in at a mere 63.6 grams. You won’t be disappointed with this throw and it’s only $40.

Yoyojam Phenoms play super fast, and a guy could get one off the BST for less than 100
Another very fast throw is the VSNewton Battosai, not everyone likes the shape though (but I do)
Just in case anyone’s wondering, the fastest throw in my collection, perhaps of all time, is the 3yo3 Ti5, but that will run you over 200
Phenomizm is supposed to be very fast, and under $100
I’d say the Gradient. I’ve heard it’s really fast.
I’d say gradient as well. Plays very fast. I don’t like the phenomizn that much, too unstable.
