Yeah. That’s the point about “lack of negative reviews”. There’s no bad yoyo today. Of course some yoyo isn’t good for speed, or for horizontal, or for fingergrinds. And usually this is said by the reviewers, like: “it’s a glossy finish, it’s not made for fingergrind” or “for its high wall, it won’t be easy for horizontal”. I guess every reviewer is fair about what a yoyo is capable of.

I can do horizontals but I am not at the point we’re I would compare my horizontals with yoyojoe1s while my speed combos are very good

You complained that some reviewers give input on subjects even tho they don’t have the skill to back their observations up. I understand you because sometimes I feel like this too. But it doesn’t bother me because in every review the reviewer is also showing off his skill by doing tricks with the yoyo, it would be a huge problem for me if they pretended to be super good but they don’t do that. They all openly show off their skill and that gives us the chance to decide for ourself if we want to value their opinion or not.
So if you want analytical reviews then just skip the reviewers where you don’t feel like they have the skill necessary for an analytical review. Their reviews just aren’t for you then.
So what I was trying to say is I don’t think there is any harm if someone does a review even tho they play like beginners, there is still an audience that enjoys their reviews and if it’s not for you then you can just ignore them

I have like 5 Horizon yo-yos and I still can’t play half as good as Paul Kerbel, what’s up with that? Also I don’t like Shutters.

I think the real reason reviews aren’t that useful is because all yoyos are good and it just comes down to preference.

The thing is… This isn’t always possible… Sometimes there are only 1 or two reviews of a yoyo and they can still post info that I would like to know . So again, just skip the things you don’t have the skills to talk about imo. Plus I want to support as many people as possible as it helps the community grow. Yall all got my support
