It’s made of plastic cups from a toy…

Does it have a bearing or is it fixed axle?

Really? Did you use an existing yoyo bearing seat? If not what is the bearing seated on? Like… does it actually spin lol?

The bearing seat is a conviniently fitting straw and some tacky glue 
but yes, it spins
