Not the maker, but I suspect Titanium Nitrate coating of a sorts.

The ones you’re seeing are from the preorders. There are others that will be dropping in YoYo retail stores very soon.

10/15 (I asked too). Probably more info on their instagram etc until they get picked up by YYE and they can feel more good about posting full details here (just guessing on that).
