Itās one of those things thatās really making me feel rather dumb lol. I know itās probably something simple Iām missingā¦and I feel like I should have this darn trickā¦
I think my brain goes blank right as Iām popping the yo up hahaā¦and I forget everything Iām suppose to know about the pop.
Iāll continue working on it. Iāll get it eventuallyā¦just going to take me awhile.

It took me months to get it, Iām a slow learner but it is something you just need to develop a feel for and as others have said it really helps to use your knees for the second pop!

Full disclosure ive been working on spirit bomb since the start of TaWā¦ so id say almost 3 monthsā¦ iis deff not consistent.
The Aotus from mkfd is awesome. Thanks the yoyos where my brothers idea.

Iām enjoying a lot this weekās trick. Just practiced a couple of hours and I confirm that the single elements are not difficult to hit. Doing it smooth in another story though.

Im having a little trouble with the endā¦ the slack flipā¦i think im not pinching the string correctlyā¦ but i canāt believe ive gotten that far alreadyā¦

You talking about spirit bomb or the new trick? Thereās no slack in spirit bomb unless Iāve been doing it all wrong lol.
If you are talking about spirit bomb, itās more of an easy rejection. Move your throw hand outward off plane. Do it just like how you double on before the fist hop, just off the inside. Make sure your non throw hand finger hits both strings (the one coming off the yoyo and the one the yoyo is resting on). If you donāt hit both strings, it probably wonāt reject.

I found kendama legs to be an excellent tip for spirit bomb, i need to practice consistency on the landing but i got it down thanks @Oroboryoā¦ but for this week i think that flip at the end is slack? My terminology might be wrongā¦ iām not sure if we pinch the string with the NTH and how do you keep the triangle that flips intact to catch itā¦?

This trick is long and Iām getting a little lost past the middle, but it is a great choice.
Itās forcing me to go just out of my comfort zone and I think my play is improving. This might be the first one I complete before weeks end.

I only worked on it for a little while today but Iām feeling the same about it so far. I think Iāll have it learned quick but getting it fast and smooth is going to take a while!

I just landed a perfect spirit Bomb and followed into a flawless kamikazeā¦ no video, just my own sense of satisfaction.
As i finish my daily Subway commute i had the best jam session everā¦ flowing in and out of all the tricks weāve done 1-11ā¦(except injection and finger spins)ā¦i even land this weekās trick completely and in a flow with kamikazeā¦
