I think you mean FH2. 
Probably what you need to do is shave your spikes down enough for a small bearing to fit in and just get a hubstack kit.
Nice spike. If you want to put hubstacks on it you’ll need to find one of these on the B/S/T.
Or… let me find the video… can’t though… but here’s how you do it:
Take a spacer from the duncan yoyos. Glue it to the outside of the yoyo (underneath the caps, on the outside of the screw. Somehow attach a bearing on a spacer… and yeah.
