the suicide machines
against all authority (some of it)
korn
rammstein
and somewhat the offspring

i also like some ska-punk, but i don’t think it fits here.

I love Of Mice and Men. I also enjoy Motionless in White.

Whos going to Warped 2013??

I went to warped last year in san fran. it was one the worst show I have ever been to. everyone was smoking weed, it was PACKED. and we had no sleep because hotels don’t check people into rooms in the morning for some reason?
anyways. I love Cannibal Corpse. I listen to a lot of hardcore, punk, pop-punk, and metal. some of my favorite bands are New Found Glory, Gorilla Biscuits, Bad Brains, Terror, Man Overboard, No-Cash, and For Today. the “dirtiest” metal I listen to is Waking The Cadaver haha.

InDK, Choking Victim and Morning Glory are pretty cool too.

warped tour is getting too scene for me, if i hear one more autotuned screamo song in the compilation album i’ll lose all hope in it.

I love choking victim and leftover crack.

periphery, animals as leaders, veil of maya, tool, meshuggah, opeth, deftones, rage against the machine…

I like metal form the 80’s.
m favorite album is “Ride the Lightning” by Metallica.

isn’t that everyone’s favourite?

I listen to way too many bands to name them all, but here are a few anywho
arch enemy
cacophony (really good if anyone’s interested in speed metal/neo classical)
carnifex
decapitated
decrepit birth
ensifirum
finntroll
shattersphere
old man’s child
morbid angel
wintersun

And of course the more well known bands like iron maiden, metallica, disturbed, a7x, slipknot, dragonforce, etc.

Duuuude! I love those bands!

i don’t liek the whole genre thing. i feel people just argue about it.

so bands:
Social Distortion
Tsunami bomb (so glad some1 agrees)
Volbeat
Authority Zero
Flogging Molly
Bad Religion

opeth
kamelot
epica
within temptation
the gathering
stolen babies
anneke giersberrgen (sp)
megadeth
metallica only the old stuff since they’ve fallen so far in talent
avenged sevenfold
dethklok
inflames
alice in chains

Not sure if this counts, but here’s some South African black-ish metal trance…

I guess the technical term for my preferred genre would be “melodic metalcore” but that’s besides the point.

Anyways, band-wise:
For Today
Killswitch Engage (please don’t get into a vocalist debate here -_- )
Trivium
All That Remains
As I Lay Dying
Some Slipknot
Just starting to get into Periphery.

And since punk rock’s in the title:
Rise Against
A Day To Remember
Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

(Also, besides the point- I enjoy myself a healthy dosing of 90’s techno. Eiffel 65 FTW!)
