I did Taekwondo starting at 7 and through highschool till I was a 2nd Dan and then I joined the TKD club at my college for a little bit. Overall it’s given me some good stamina, endurance and flexibility/agility that I definitely take for granted. My parents put me into it so I had no choice and I just went with it but looking back I’m glad I stuck with it and picked it back up here and there.
