Which one will be best for Unresponsive string tricks.

All three of them will be ideal for learning tricks. As for the best one, that is mainly a subjective manner, but i would say the Magic YoYo M002 April. Be sure to buy some THIN yoyo lube, response pads, and some string to help you.
