No need for the YYFR I’ve tried, at least.
Or, to note: the higher end MagicYoYos (z series).

Exactly what I’m saying. I think they could do it if they want. FPM makes good stuff. This bearing post thing is an economic choice.
I’m sure there are exceptions.
So cold. So true, but damn, so cold.
YoYoFriends produces great playing designs, but a bearing tool is required for my Dove, Nucleon, Vulture and Da Vinci.
As well as my Vulture, Koi, Paragraph and my son’s Hummingbird and AOE. Yes, the AOE is plastic. By the way, I f’ing love the Vulture and we both love the AOE.
Guys gals others I hate to say it but your all wrong. Canada makes the best yo-yos. Layer infinity be printing quality stuff and I don’t need to worry about a tight bearing in my meridian or Kasm.
Same, and that is fine. All my yoyofriends are dead smooth as well, 6061, 7068, 7068+SS, 7068+Ti, Ti, MGSS, we strive to make one of the highest quality yoyo in every material, push the limit of manufacturing. That is our advantage and our choice.
…yyfr still needs to make a looper though.
Oh we failed bad in that, .
I’ve been asking One Drop for YEARS to make a looper
(I haven’t)
@da5id please make a looper that it’s easy to take the axle out of
@da5id I just wanted to say I really dig One Drop, man. Great vibe, great quality, fun designs, and seriously, who doesn’t love Takatsu, right?
My favorite yoyo isn’t a One Drop, but I have the most fun playing my Diorama and Deep State. Keep on keepin’ on, fellas!
I demand they make an SE looper w/ a magnesium body and plastic rims. I won’t be able to support OD anymore if this can’t be done.
Thank you. Appreciate the kind words.
My graviton lets go of bearings by hand. My valor holds onto them and needs a bearing tool.
This debate feels kind of ridiculous in 2023, no reputable manufacturer has these problems en masse now.
And this response is why I have a ton of respect for YoyoFriends and you personally, Philip. I only wish I’d seen your overview of the Paragraph before I ordered it. It’s ok tho, the AOE more than made up for it!
If it shipped like that, I consider it a defect. Sometimes after market bearings can have a mismatch in tolerance and this happen. But if that how it shipped, I would like to have it returned.
…I don’t think YYFR will give a refund for that graviton.
