Looking for slim/pocketable throws

I recently got my El MiJo SL in and it’s awesome! I love that I can slip it in my pocket and carry it around campus without looking like a massive nerd. :joy: I want more throws like this. Hit me with some suggestions. Otherwise, I might just buy another El MiJo. (I want fixed axles or responsives) Thanks!

Honestly it’s not cheap but my default pocket YoYo is el tio.

My go to pocket throw lately has been the mowl round 1

I’ve looked into this one before. Is it only sold on Mowl’s website? I don’t really want to pay $20 shipping for a $10 yoyo lol.

Fingers crossed they do another run of these :crossed_fingers:

I like the g2 jackal but its unresponsive :man_shrugging:t2:

A few of my favorite slimline responsives include SW x MK1 Harbinger, Doc Pop PLTPS, Deep State, YYBC Workhorse, SW x MK1 Plasm, and El Mijo SL.

+1 for Plasm, disappears in the pocket, is perfect, and also doubles as a worry stone

The Janus also gets an honorable mention simply because it fits in the pocket watch / coin pocket on a pair of jeans, and with spike SEs it doubles as a top.

I recently put out a plastic version of the starfire.

deepstate/plasm good yoyos but too thin for me to take everywhere

OD m1 best for performance vs size I think!

maybe m2 is good but it is too ugly for me to buy this yoyo, also larger than m1

edit: oops I do not read this nvm what I say

I mean @jeduardo has hinted hard that more are to come so I think it’s a good bet.

A cheap alternative that is surprisingly good is the yoyo rec first

As far as fixed axle slim, I have reached out to Ed Davidson and he has made me some awesome thin wood fixies from the specs I provided

Request an exotic wood, slightly concaved, as a common wood may be too light. Highly recommend nickel gap with brake hole response
