I have been throwing with with Dif-e-yo ceramic Kk and the Ceramic bearing that comes with Ares when I bought from Marcus Koh in Vietnam contest in 2012 only. Both were okay but not my preference, after that I have not tried any till now.
IMHO the only thing owning a full-ceramic bearing does; is give you the right to tell others that they are not worth the cost.
If you want to spend money; spend your money on NSK.
Edit: I will agree with the above post that did note that ceramic bearings may have value if you live in a region where extreme-humidity or salt-air is prevalent.
