Hi all! Honestly wasn’t sure to post this under the BST or mods & maintenance so if I’m in the wrong place just lemme know and I’m happy to move it!
Since I’m more than willing to pay for this service I figured I’d post here.
My legacy has been, well, stripped for quite some time while sitting in my case. Recently tried putting in a new axle which was a definite nope lol. It seems like the top few threads are completely stripped (as the yoyo halves will just push against each other a bit and then refuse to screw). You can also see in the second pic where the axle is definitely not straight lol 
This was one of my first yoyo’s, played a TON of 1A, 5A, hell I strung this thing up for 4A back in the day. Always loved how it played, yes I know I could just buy another one but then it wouldn’t be mine!
At this point I’ve sort of thrown in the towel and am hopeful someone else might be able to help out. Please reach out if you need more info, or think you could help me out!! Thanks all
