In reality ,as 1a throwers we don’t really hit stuff to often (besides the ground Lol)
I’ve personally never seen a throw get launched backwards behind someone But for some reason I STILL get nervous throwing around windows

If you haven’t tried it I can only recommend to play with a short string, for me it feels much safer and more controlled to have a short string.
