Let’s be more welcoming to newcomers

I joined in June of this year. I have to say that I felt very welcomed. The more I asked the more folks responded. I’ve stayed engaged and tried to help where I can. I haven’t used a forum like this in many, many years so I too was expecting a bit more pushback with the “newbie” questions. To my surprise that wasn’t the case.

We all have a reason for being here. For some its the BST for others its the trick section or maybe following a pro. Either way I think its a real productive community. Finding a “circle” isn’t that hard but its up to the new comer.

Now that I know how to “turn off” the BST (funny I was trying to figure that out yesterday) I am going to concentrate more on the tricks.

I joined in September, the first welcome was from @Roy_Dodge. I believe this welcome changes the game, at least for me, I felt embraced as well as challenged

I don’t know if I did any contribution, but hey, I’m trying. Hahahah

This guy knows the truth! Motorcycle forums make my head hurt so I avoid them. I tend to observe more than participate sometimes but this is the only forum I’ve stuck with past a year in the past decade, before that the only other forum was Dave’s skilltoys up till it shut down, but I’m pretty happy with yye forums for the most part. :yo-yo::motorcycle:

Hello yoyo people!! Just recently I’d met a fellow country mate here at the forums and told him to post at

letting him know that some marvellous comunity players would salute him. Just to find out the the thread was closed. Maybe it’s time to open a new one. Or did I miss something??
Cheers!!!

You can’t post for your first few hours or day idk it’s an anti spam thing it’s annoying but it’s how the platform works
