My roommate throws lefty and he is looking for some good 100% poly lefty string. Any Suggestions?
The only lefty string that i know is YYSL Type X Inverse

Does it really make a difference if you use lefty or righty string? Other than the string loosening with every throw I couldn’t’ see it making too much of a difference.
Nope… the only difference is the tension change like you mentioned… I’d rather have a loose string than a tight string tbh
