So I did some research on the internet and about 3 hours. there is the yoyo holder. Very slimier to this one http://yoyoexpert.com/forums/index.php/topic,41317.0.html.
It is not a paracord because I find it really hard to get those in Australia, but I did find a 4mm diameter polyester rope from local hardware store.
