Just got a new Velocity and Dial wont move Help!

hey guys just got my brand new Velocity
im trying to turn the dial on the side but its not moving
any tips you have would be helpful

I had the same problem when I got mine last week. Since both dials turn you just have to get a good grip on one of them push in and turn it fairly hard in both directions until you get it to move or at least thats what worked for me.

i just got one last week, one side was very stiff compared to the other, i’ve fixed it by loosening the screws on that side slightly.

Yea tht will work,but u have to remove the stickers.Make sure u dont lose the screws
