Just wondering if powder coating is more durable than an anodized finish?
Does anyone have any photos of a dinged up powder coated you? I don’t think I’ve seen one.

I would say it’s durable in a different way. It’s not as scratch resistant than anodizing, but more durable when it comes to taking hits. For example, if you have a pair of powder coated yoyos for 3A, hitting the yoyos together won’t break the finish unlike anodizing. The reason powder coating isn’t used more is because it’s extremely inconsistent and hard to get perfect. A lot of times I have to re do yoyos to get them without vibe.
