Marmots are discontinued and i dont to hit the BST and i heard are gnarwhals are currently the closest thing to marmots and the puffin is too so would you recommend one what do you think is the closest to yoyo in play to the marmot
Neither of them play like the Marmot. If you HAD to pick one that was “closer” it would be the Gnarwhal.
The Puffin is a much better yoyo than both of them in my opinon. 
I seem to recall you wanted a nice flowy style of play. I would highly recommend the Puffin despite it not playing “the same” as a Marmot.
